Placement issue
The product is great. The people who work for the company, is awful

I would give this a zero because I don’t have this. I don’t even know where to locate it. There is a camera on my front porch that the technician said it was from Vivint. I don’t believe to have seen this camera. Wait am I being charged for this camera? If so this should be taken off of my bill or please let me know where to locate it so I can be absolutely sure that I go what I paid for.
