My package was sent to some station…

My package was sent to some station while I was home!!! They didn't even try to reach me at my place. I can't carry 10kg by myself and I have no car.

They sent the wrong order

I really like your service. But this time I ordered a 2019 vintage. After I ordered and paid it turned out that you could not fulfill my order. So you just sent a 2022 vintage instead. I would have preferred that you reached out explaining in detail what the situation was. Now I have 3 bottles of wine that I didn’t order and I have tried twice to get help to make it right. But so far no one has answered my request.

I really like the fact that if the product t is sold out, refunding is instant and no waiting for days to get it back and Vivino is very honest will give you a higher quality sometimes in its place to make sure customer satisfaction is garunteed, amazing communication and swift action is taken if needed . An amazing variety to choose from.

This first experience was disapointing

This first experience was disapointing. I wanted the 2023 year of a beautifull wine. And I received the 2024 year. Only after I received the package it became clear to me that Vivino automatically sends another year if the selected year is not on stock. Without clear indication that the selected year is not available and another year is sent.

First two bottles of six had cork…

First two bottles of six had cork issues. Vivino has responded to my first complaint and has refunded me the first bottle. I am awaiting response on the second bottle and what to do with the remaining four. I’m happy with Vivino’s response, but not with this order of wine.
