The app is very clunky, it doesn’t save food choices well, you have to go back to the food each time and add each measurement. If you write in the journal and hit the back arrow you loose everything you’ve recorded, there should be a prompt to advise if you want to save or continue at this point.
There are a lot of foods not listed in their food options. And a limited list of feelings etc to choose from in the journal area.
I’m on my second sensor, and both have frequently triggered low glucose readings that are not replicated with a finger prick test, at the time or in 5-10 minutes, which I’ve been advised is the calibration window sensor, lagging behind finger prick test.
When downloading my data was advised it was not in a downloadable format, so now I have to troubleshoot that as well.
It’s an expensive app and to date a poor clunky operating system. Save your money, don’t bother with this app. It is honestly easier to record the data you need in a diary and get AI to compile it for you.

The monitor and the app were really easy to use. The monitor was really easy to put on and wasn’t a bother the whole two weeks. I got some really insightful results into some of the food I was eating and it has helped me make better choices.

I have found the app and cgm to be a fantastic tool to supplement my diet and activity. I have learnt so much about my body and how it responds to certain foods and behaviours. I love how I receive a customised report from Vively after a period of CGM use that shows things I have done well as well as areas for improvement. I’m loving experimenting and seeing real time what it is doing to my blood sugars. Has definitely made me make some changes to my diet that I am then seeing improvements after 3 months with wearing a monitor again. I’m non-diabetic, and decided to use this app and CGM to get greater insight into lifestyle improvements to enhance my metabolic health. I’m really enjoying Vively app - learning how my body is impacted by nutrition, exercise and sleep and how this affects my glucose responses. Some surprises about what spikes my glucose and the impact on my sleep! Cortisol and elevated stress is not good! I knew that - but to see how what it triggers in my body was powerful. Learning how sleep and exercise is so beneficial to help keep blood glucose stable and in optimal zone. I like the support given (FAQs , messaging, educational pieces) and I’m especially getting useful insights and building my knowledge from Holly, the dietician. About how to interpret my graphs and what it means for lifestyle choices, as well as nutritional advice - tailored for me and what the CGM has highlighted.

I like the way it puts together my cgm data with my Fitbit data and food log and then reports useful insights. Two areas for improvement. 1) Provide a place to track pain or ill health as that messes with the glucose data. 2) separate overnight/sleep highs and lows from daytime data.

HOWEVER
To date I have sent 7 emails to contact@ vively.com.au requesting help or a refund. Not a single one has been replied to. I have also sent emails through the website. No response.
No access was ever received on signup. No assistance was given when requested. No instructions for signup to the Vively app have been provided at any point. Period.
I have no doubt the Vively does track more than glucose, however I've paid for something I don't have any access to.
I do however get their spammy database emails every other day which just ads more frustration when I can't seem to get a response so that I can actually use the product I've purchased.
Extremely frustrating experience.
I have loved using Vively. I have used a CGM in the past to look at my blood sugar responses but have found it difficult to make sense of what it means for me and how to make appropriate changes ( or if I need to).
Vively has been a game changer for interpreting not only CGM response but bringing together Heart Rate, sleep and fitness info from my Apple Watch to give balanced more useful individualised results. I love using Vively’s AI Zia - lots of useful lifestyle information and recommendations and recipes to enhance my wellbeing taking into account all of my results as well as my dietary preferences. Zia is also a very encouraging coach 😁. I would highly recommend to others!

Terrible customer service and misleading subscription practices. I signed up for a three-month trial and was wrongly charged afterward without authorization. Despite being told I would receive a consultation with a nutritionist, that never happened. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with poor support. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

This must be one of the worst consumer experiences I have had. I strongly recommend not using this app and the paid dietician consulting service.
Unfortunately my CGM only worked for a week, which I understand is not uncommon. No fault of Vively but they could do more caveat this. My issue is that the food logging part of the app was not working during this time and I was asked to use another app. This is the fundamental promise of the app: consuming foods and then checking the glucose response and ultimately receive a report. And it failed miserably at this.
I have asked for a refund on the dietitian subscription service and this has been pending since early February.
I strongly discourage anyone using this app.

Refund has been processed as of today.

I initially had a positive experience with Vively - the team seemed genuinely dedicated to improving the app and providing good customer care. While there were technical issues, including occasional outages when logging food and difficulties accessing reports, they appeared committed to resolving these quickly and enhancing the app. However, my experience was completely overshadowed by the misleading auto-renewal process. While I recall seeing options to extend my subscription, I was unaware that it would automatically renew and be charged without any prior notice. The payment was taken directly from my account, and despite noticing it immediately - while the transaction was still pending - customer service responded with a dismissive “too bad, tough luck” approach. It felt decidedly underhanded and deceptive. I’m really disappointed, as I had intended to be a repeat customer, using the monitor and tracker to measure progress on my new eating plan. However, after this experience, I no longer trust the company. I hope Vively takes customer feedback more seriously and improves its subscription transparency, as this practice undermines what was otherwise an interesting product.

After DL the app and realizing that it did not have the "comprehensive and personalized report" I thought I was paying for, I requested for a refund of the monthly subscription fee. AI response simple replied that per T&C no refund was available. Requested a human response but have reviewed nothing at all.
Feels very scammy if after minutes of DL an app and reaching out to customer service that a refund cannot be honored. $40 for a service not provided/utilised doesn't feel honest. Very disappointed.
You get the same metrics via libre link (the brand of glucose monitor). I thought I was paying for something additional.
