Even though it was a simple click and collect for a couple of different consumables the guys still had time to chat and either share their knowledge or simply talk about all the different bikes available...
After a lot of thorough research on e Bikes, I decided to seek the advice of Vive Le Vélo. I spent a very long time in the shop with Ed who guided me between the many different models. His advice was most valuable and by the time I left, I was far more knowledgeable about E Bikes and had purchased the one which I felt was the most suitable for me. I have had my first ride today and am absolutely SMITTEN with my Liv Amiti bike. In normal circumstances, I wouldn't have ventured out today because of the strong winds but ... with an E Bike like this one... I can see myself out and about in any weather. I would like to thank Vive Le Vélo, Ed and all his team for their excellent service. I am one very, very happy customer and I highly recommend Vive Le Vélo for their professionalism and friendliness. These guys sell the best, most valuable bikes and equipment available. I only went in to have a replacement inner tube for my son’s punctured wheel and I was made to feel just as important as a guy that may be spending over £10k on a bike. Unbelievable service from such friendly knowledgeable people. He even took the time out to talk through some of the amazing top of the range bikes. I’ll be back there later today as just ran the car over my son’s bike and buckled his wheel!
Bought a Liv bike last week for my wife. Vivelevelo were extremely helpful and friendly with advice on the purchase. Their delivery to London was free and on time and the bike was in perfect order. Would thoroughly recommend.
