Not best first impression- we can work on it

I received my order after not hearing a thing by email. That’s also why I couldn’t send the company my order number - cause I didn’t have it. I know I gave the right email cause it was used to register my parcel. Having two company names didn’t make it less confusing and making me worried if I bought from a scam site. The fact that no one picked up the phone (after 30 min wait) was also not great.
Anyway, nice products, looks like the picture, well packed, birds loves the peanutbutter.
All I can say I’m sorry it took long to get it, not being able to communicate and scare me for a scam.
