I've been taking Viva NMN for over six months now, and in my experience the benefits really start to show after one to two months of consistent use.

I have been using these since November 2024. I have CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia, one of the main symptoms of both of these conditions is extreme fatigue. I do believe that these tablets have increased my ability to do more around the house than I have done since 2011 and having spine surgery. I’m still disabled and mostly housebound but I have times where I can do more little jobs which is amazing. I will continue to take them for as long as I am able to and while I can see the difference they make to me. I have them automatically delivered every month.
