These shoes are so comfy and stylish! I bought them for my trip to Paris and love how elevated they make a basic jean feel or how they are just the right icing on a well put together outfit 💕. These are my 3rd pair and they always serve!!

I set the site to Australian Dollars. I shopped in AUD. My checkout showed AUD totals with GST included (which applies to AUD). Everything showed I was shopping in AUD.

Then when I tried to pay, the system treated the amount as USD instead. So the price shown as 171 AUD was actually being processed as 171 USD.

Customer Support then confirmed by email that prices are in USD even if the website displays the same figure as being AUD.

Throughout this, Customer Support was argumentative, rude, appeared to be intentionally failing to understand the concern, and ignored repeated requests for clarity and a Reference Number.

Displaying a price as 171 AUD when it is really 171 USD is misleading and unacceptable, and Customer Support helps make it happen.

**UPDATE: I emailed Vivaia Customer Support as they requested in their reply below, and they have confirmed in writing that prices showing as "$ (incl GST)" are actually USD even when the website is set to display prices in AUD.

I also went back and changed the website into USD and looked at the pricing on the same items again, and the figures was lower when displayed in USD, which makes sense given the exchange rate, and re-confirms to me that I was in fact shopping in AUD all along. **

My favorite brand and my favorite shoes

I purchased a pair because the shoes were advertised as comfortable shoes for wide feet and bunions. I got a Margot wide and the fit was not perfect but wearable until the shoes tore my heel. The heel was not comfprtable and ended up having blood stains! The customer service responded to my feedback on their platform quickly and gave me a 20% refund. It was a kind gesture but I was not able to wear the shoes b/c they were painful. The website also makes it quite difficult to see less-than-5 star reviews. I am writing this review here because I think the brand uses very heavy social media marketing and at this point I am questioning if there are genuine, non-paid commenters. For the materials (plastic), build and design, the shoes are very overpriced and do not seem to justify overwhelmingly positive reviews on social media platforms. The business model seems to be built on investing most of the money into paying for social media hype. Does not feel like a serious "shoe" company that actually cares about the build, materials, and comfort of the shoes and there's no real mechanism to receive genuine customer feedback! This does not mean the shoes are bad. If the heel issue improves and the costs go down to reflect the quality of the shoes, not the humongous marketing costs, I am willing to try their shoes again. Any interested customer should take the positive reviews online with a grain of salt.

I searched for sometime for classy black work shoes. I located VIVAIA online and thought I would order a pair and test for comfort. It was the best decision! These are high quality classy shoes with arch support and very comfortable. Long hours could cause discomfort for some in the toe area of the shoes but that also is expected when wearing any shoes with a heel. I am very satisfied with my order and made a second purchase. I highly recommend VIVAIA shoes.

I purchased a pair of the Ryan Pro boots last year and have found them to be so easy to wear. I have some mobility issues and it’s hard to find something suitable that also looks great. Bonus that my podiatrist and physio both gave them an enthusiastic thumbs up!

Of course when I recently saw ‘my’ boots in a fun leopard print I couldn’t resist and can’t wait for winter to start wearing them.

I recently bought pastel pink sneakers from Vivaia and also burgundy boots for winter. They are both so comfortable and waterproof which is what I was looking for. The sneakers are light weight and would be perfect for spring and summer. Boots have a slight heel but it works perfect for me. They don’t hurt my feet. Delivery was very prompt. I love the quality and comfort of these shoes. They are so well made, beautiful design and great to travel in.

I was THRILLED with the lightness and simple elegance of these Milo boots. The barefoot model allows the toes on my bunioned foot to flex when I walk, and a Zen martial artists' grounded balance when standing. And although not completely black, the dark charcoal color fits my requirement...for now. But I would love a Milo boot that is a fully black on black version.

Be careful you will get addicted! Bought my first pair and then I was buying loafers and more! These are very comfortable.

What made my experience great is the fit. I have very small feet, and even a size 5 in most U.S. brands is usually too big for me. It has always been very difficult to find shoes that truly fit. This company gave me the opportunity to finally wear women’s shoes that fit properly and comfortably.

Even though they are women’s dress shoes, they are incredibly comfortable. There is plenty of cushioning in the heel and arch, which creates a soft, supportive feel. I was honestly impressed by how plush they feel while still looking elegant.

They are also very lightweight. I brought them on a trip to Europe and walked all day, and my feet didn’t hurt at all. That rarely happens for me.

Overall, the company does an excellent job combining style, comfort, and inclusive sizing for people with smaller feet. I truly appreciate that.
