Our first contact with Viva was positive, genuine and helpful in that it explained exactly what was involved and expected from both parties, and subsequent communications have lived up to first impressions! Viva has an outstanding wealth of knowledge that is easily accessible and brilliantly explained, so that even a first timer (like me!) can understand the concepts and I am looking forward to putting them into practice.

I don't usually give gushing reviews, but our experience so far after joining the Viva community has been outstanding! Michael and his team have been proactive, accommodating and supportive right from the start, and the whole community seems to be equally encouraging. We're working our way through the materials and looking forward to putting what we're learning into practice.

Two words to sum it up - Very valuable! I found VIVA program with Michael Tiemens to be very valuable. It goes beyond subdivision deals and focuses on building the structure, systems and habits to run a development business. Additionally Michael and his team are highly responsive, and the weekly support sessions provides in depth mentorship. You get what you put into it.

Micheal and the whole team are amazing and knowledgeable. They are very approachable , patient and happy to guide you through deals. They are a genuine community of property investors. Highly recommend if you want to understand the how, of making the right decisions and understanding how to number crunch and due diligence for small or large projects. Really don't normally leave reviews but Viva has been one of the most valuable decisions I've made in 2026. It's not just theory or a course you pay for and then get basic templates, you're actually gettinf access to insight support and real world experience from people doing the work and being really open about it. There's also a good sense of accountability too which makes a big difference when you're trying to grow and stay consistent.

If you're serious about property and want to be around people who are playing at a higher level Viva is 100% worth it.
