So let’s just get the bad out of the way. Communication was absolutely horrible from his side of things. This is an independent shop with no one to really get back to you on things unless the owner wants to. My product was damaged on delivery from some replacement hardware he sent with that ended up rubbing through its packaging onto the risers and causing some gouging. I dabbed it with some black paint and installed it since I wasn’t sure if I’d ever get a replacement or my money back. If their product is in stock I highly recommend it. He makes awesome looking high quality stuff but his customer service skills absolutely suck. If he can fix this side of things he will have an amazing business but until that happens I may just go elsewhere if you’re between his parts and others.
