The quality and sizing are inaccurate. I reached out via email to request a refund, and at first, they were responsive and agreed to a 75% partial refund if I kept the items. They claimed returns often get lost in transit, which was already a red flag—but I agreed just to avoid a bigger hassle. However, once it came time to actually issue the refund, they stopped responding completely and never sent the money. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Terrible first experience—I will never shop with them again. Order received in February and it’s now May and still waiting so went ahead and disputed it with my bank.

I ordered a dress and the quality is terrible — the satin is extremely cheap, and the corset is like a rag. I’m completely disappointed. They promised a 50% refund but haven’t returned anything yet. Awful store, I do not recommend it to anyone!

I ordered a dress from Vitoria Vanneti for 67€, and when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The fabric was terrible, and there was a huge hole in the tummy area that wasn’t even sewn up. I contacted customer service to return it and get a refund.

They first offered me a 30% refund if I kept the dress. Then they increased it to 50%, claiming that returning it would cost me 30–50€ in delivery fees, which is almost the price of the dress itself. They also tried to frame it as an “eco-friendly” solution, saying it would reduce environmental impact if I didn’t send it back.

I agreed to the 50% refund and to keep the dress—but they never sent the money. Since then, they’ve completely ignored my emails.

This shop is unprofessional and dishonest. I feel scammed and would not recommend them to anyone.

I would give Xero stars if I could!! I ordered a dress which looked really well made on their website but when it came it looked like it was made at shein or temu! It was terrible. So they said they would refund me but I posted it back to them and they haven’t refunded me. Now they have just stopped replying to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! It’s a scam website! They even have fake reviews from “influencers”. What a joke. I’m now $136 out of pocket!

They initially offered me a 100% refund, claiming it would be processed within 5-10 business days. However, despite multiple follow-ups, significantly more time has passed, and I have still not received my money.

Their lack of transparency and failure to honor their commitment raises serious concerns about their business practices. Ignoring customers and delaying refunds without justification is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering making a purchase from this company, beware—you may find yourself in a similar frustrating situation.

I strongly advise against trusting their refund policy. A reputable business should treat its customers with honesty and respect, not make empty promises.

If I could give a 0 I would. Disgusting quality. Horrible fabric - false advertising and horrible stitching. Thin and cheap! I reached out to them regarding a refund five weeks ago. I still have not received it. They promised it will be in my account in 10 days and still nothing. I have been following up the refund, and I have not received a response. I am absolutely furious with this company and their TERRIBLE SERVICE. I purchased clothes from them, and the QUALITY IS SHOCKINGLY BAD. The fabric is cheap, the stitching is coming apart, and overall, the items feel like they’ll fall apart after one wash.

To make matters worse, I was promised a refund after I reached out about the poor quality of the items, but it's been weeks, and I still haven't received anything. They are ignoring my emails, and I've gotten no response despite multiple attempts to contact them. It feels like I’ve been scammed.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Terrible quality, awful customer service, and they don’t even follow through on their promises. I will never be shopping here again, and I strongly recommend you STAY AWAY!

Unfortunately I never received my order. First they respond to me and try to help to get my package. Out of the sudden no responding anymore and my money is gone over 150$.

Definitely a scam site. Incredibly disappointed in the quality, the photos and reviews must be taken from elsewhere because the dress quality looked nothing like what is shown in the photos. Paid $132 AUD for something I can’t even sell on because the quality is what I would expect from the likes of Temu of SHEIN. Contacted them to return and get a refund only to be offered a 30% refund and told I get to keep the item. I responded that I don’t want to keep it and can’t resell it and to send through the return shipping details so I can get a full refund and they haven’t responded. I’ve followed up still with no response. Don’t waste your time or money.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Vittoria Veneti. SCAM. Ordered a dress in January which arrived too big and the quality was definitely not 80$ worth. When I tried to return the dress they refused and offered me a pitiful 30% refund, which I denied. They countered at 70% but I have still not received my money back. All my emails are being ignored. They have even changed their Instagram name to Almond Muse, where they are also ignoring my queries. Total violation of Consumer Protection laws!

Dress doesn’t look the same in real life as the pictures, the corset is stretchy and gives no support. And not possible to return? They try giving you vouchers or partly refund but I’ve been waiting for my refund for over a month. Was also difficult to follow tracking (as I ordered express shipping and it did not help). Do not shop here!

I been ordering 2 dresses first i ask for refund money and i order again after i thought i will get refund money until i get my dress am so disappointed the dress was not good quality like in reviews a quality like Shein
And i get my dressen and still don’t get my refund money until
I try to send email they so many times every day no response no reply or anything from them
But before i refund money and order another dresser they always reply after that in a few minutes
Now i think they are scam they have no response me
And dresser was so disappointed

I ordered a dress from them that was delivered after 10 business days although it was supposed to arrive much quicker! The quality of the dress was appalling! Fabric, inseam - everything was utterly disgusting!
I’m quite gutted it was already too late when I realised majority of “their” designs were stolen from House of CB brand!
I asked for refund and they started to weasel about refund amount offering 30% refund just to keep the dress. Eventually we agreed on 70% refund that was supposed to be refunded back to my account within 10 working days. It’s been over 10 days now and no payment has been received. They even stopped responding to my emails!
I will chase with my bank now!
Misleading and unprofessional brand! I wish them good luck and good health because they will surely need it!
