SCAM ALERT!! SCAM ALERT!!
I have been trying since May, 2025, to get a refund from them. Unopened package/unused product.
I have given them copies of the return UPS receipts.
I still have not received my money!
Please don't waste your time and money on these bozos!

I wouldn’t even leave a star. Purchased in June began the product in August hasn’t worked and no drop in weight or height in energy level. Asked for a refund the 180 day changed to 60 days. They didn’t refund me. Couldn’t find any written 180 although that’s what was told to me when I purchased the product from a You Tube commercial

PLEASE, do yourself a favour and keep your money. I strongly advise against purchasing either of these products—they are misleading, possibly just placebos, overpriced, and, most importantly, TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE. The makers suggest taking both together for optimal results, but I bought three bottles of each and actually experienced weight gain. The delivery was slow, with the products arriving separately, nearly a month apart. When I reached out to BUYGOODS for a refund, I was told the return period had expired, which was not my fault since the products took so long to arrive. I had to use them for some time before realizing they were a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. While the customer service at Buygoods was polite and referred me to the manufacturers of Vittaburn, They never even had the courtesy to respond to my email. CONSIDER THIS YOUR WARNING!

IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Not only does the product not work at all, but they advertise a money back guarantee. That is also a lie. You pay more money to return the useless product and provide them with a REQUIRED tracking no. and you will never hear back from them. The only phone number there is does not go to the company directly. It's a servicer. There is no way to reach the company directly except by email. I have been trying for 2 months. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

This product did not provide the results advertised. Since there was no weight loss or improvements of energy, it caused me to question the ingredients that were used; they probably were no natural as advertised!

I did get a partial refund; however, because I didn't keep the empty bottles I was not able to get a full refund. This should be part of the advertisement instead of just on the website. When the product was received I didn't go & read the website about returning empty bottles.

I hope others go to the website and read throughly before placing their order. I did get a partial refund and very surprised to get that. I wanted the full refund. Would I say this is a scam as other reviews said, YES!

This product is a scam and so is their 60-day return policy, because you can't reach them by phone and they don't respond via their return portal.
I have already reached out to my credit card company and may go to the Better Business Bureau as well. Shame on Dr. Alicia Yamamoto for misrepresenting this product!

Total scam, do NOT purchases any of these goods. I have tried to contact them 4 times now with no response. Save your money its a waste!

I ordered Vittaburn. I have gone through two bottles and I haven’t lost a pound. In fact I’ve gained 5 pounds. This is a bunch of crap and they solicit moneyback guarantee. Where is the phone number to call him to get your money back? I haven’t been able to find it I want a refund when I ordered it was supposed to be a money back guarantee

This so called company should be shut down none of their products i purchased work and they lie in their advert. Why are they getting away with this. Is there no control over these companies constantly ripping off people. They are charging so much money for a product that has zero effect. Now i am wondering what they are putting in them and having people consume because i have been feeling ill since taking them. I am wondering wether they are poisoning us. Please do not buy anything or if you have already do not consume it. Get the ingredients checked out if possible.

If I could give a 0, I would. I ordered a bottle and got 1 free, I used up one bottle and it did nothing. Then I contacted customer service for a refund on the second bottle as it was unopened and still sealed. They said they don’t give refunds for opened bottle and when I said I had another bottle that was sealed, they said they don’t give refunds to the free bottle. We have been going back and forth for a few weeks. So their product doesn’t work and the only way to find that out is by using a it. But they won’t give refunds for the opened bottle, or the free sealed bottle. Does that make sense? No of course not. They are doing everything they can NOT to give a refund even though their product is completely worthless. There needs to be some consequences for this. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau and making a formal complaint and I hope everyone does that. Such a scam. This company should be closed down. I’m so angry and frustrated right now. It sucks that all we can do complain. DONT BUY ANYTHING

Total Fake ! Have paid more than €300 and zero results. This seems to be water with sugar. Stay away !

I purchased 3 bottles of Vittaburn after watching their long convincing advert. I was fooled into believing that their product was above board and actually works. I have just completed the second bottle and my weight has not dropped at all. These companies should not be allowed to rip individuals off their hard earned funds. The worst thing about it the product which cost US $89 per bottle is very expensive for what its worth, nothing!

I want to leave my review for Oprha! Crawl back under a rock you phony piece of dirt that uses her endorsement to fake products! What a low life you became!

I just listened the entire advertisement and I put the wrong credit card then they call me back right away and I bought it through the phone they charged it on my credit card and I didn’t get any email for the purchase they said open your bank account to see if transaction went through and then I recognized was a fraud, so frustrating now I have to make a dispute because bank can’t cancel the transaction, be careful!!!!! I hate this

I ordered Vittaburn thinking it was legit. Big mistake. For two weeks I’ve been using it. No change with weight in my stomach. I’m very careful what I eat and still I stay the same. A lot of money for zero. I’m ashamed of people who scam people like me.

This order was done in error and I sent a message right away. I’ve not received a response. Same day I called my credit card company and they told me to contact the seller. There is no customer service. This is a scam! Do not fall for the ads and DONT click on any links.

Have been trying to contact customer support to cancel the order because I learned I am unable to use for health reasons. They are completely unresponsive. Stay away!!!
