Terrible experience - Just don't order
We ordered window frames almost one year ago, waited for a few months to have them delivered and installed, tried to ask about it, communication was terrible, we practically had to beg for any update. The frames came, one was installed. One was not a fit because they took the wrong measures. Again, we had to wait for months, no communication on their behalf, sent multiple mails, barely anyone responded. They came after a few months and installed the second window frame. We also ordered mosquito nets and paid for them, we were told they will order them afterwards, again months passed, nothing. Again we had to send multiple emails. Finally they brought 2, one was done, the other one didn't fit again so they took it back to fix it. No response to emails or anything afterwards. Doubt we will ever get that one. Definitely don't recommend, communication terrible, customer service awful.
When I asked for a discount because they made us wait for so long, the owner was very rude and just told us to pay the invoice and they will think about discount. Of course, it didn't happen.
