Hi my name is Colin around January i ordered 60 days BioBalance supplement pills for 174kr. It was 50% off and i wanted to give it a try if i like them. But now i got a new package supplement for 4 months for 696kr. Why am i getting supplement pills for 4 months? When i was paying the first bill i was only informed about the next delivery. I was expecting it will be 2 months supplement pills with out the 50% off Offer. I am okay with that but double the amount 4 months supplement with out information feels like a scam. When i got my subscription it was 60 days pills for 2 months. I’m not paying for 4 months supplement pills that i didn’t ask for or Informed about.i now find there is extra information in very small text that is very important as far as purcheses are concerned very small text feel cheated i want to send the package back as it has not worked for me.

We inform you both before and after the order, that the first package is for 2 months use with 50% discount, but further deliveries in the subscription is 4 months use - 696 SEK. This is also informed in the terms and conditions you accept when you order. Contact our customerservice if you want to cancel your subscription.

FRAUD SCAM and CHEAT
I've tried a lot of vitamail products I was not satisfied and I stop the running subscription on time and that means my customer's page on vitamail's platform was blank with no open subscription. Suddenly after two months, they send me two packets of vitamin that cost 696kr, and the man behind the line told me that I was late to cancel my subscription. I want to send the packages back to them but I can't find their postal address. I feel cheated and outraged.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. You have to stop the subscription before the next delivery is set in motion, latest 4 weeks before. This is informed when you order, in our terms and conditions and on the invoice you recieve with the package. When you order products and services online, it is always the buyers responsebility to read the terms and conditions. You accept these when you order. Have a nice day!

Fraud - delivery without ordering
Fraud! Vitamail has sent a box of vitamins and an invoice to my father who is 92 years old. He has not ordered anything! I will report this as a crime to the police.
I can see from Vitamail's answers on this site that they claim that "someone must have ordered it in his name". I claim that it is a lie, because it is in their intrest to harass old people to pay bogus invoices, but noone else would have an interest in ordering useless products in his name.
I ask everyone who reads this to NOT pay anything, and report the fraud attempt to the police!
[EDIT] I did contact Vitamail and they agreed to cancel the invoice if I sent the package to them. Fair enough. It is still fraud, but the question is by whom. By using the "personnummer", name and address, potentially anyone could have made the order. I hope that Vitamail saves the IP adresses when the order is made, so there is a chance for them or the police to investigate who it is.
My advice to Vitamail is to also require payment in advance for the first delivery, or reliable id such as BankId.

1. The one and only way I´ve heard of this company is spam.
2. They´re also claiming that they have won some award of the best customer service 4 times in a row. However... the actual feedback of the customers is mainly negative.
--- Conclusion - These 2 facts tells that they are scammers, forced to lie to keep their business up and running.
