The training day was well structured and very informative. Much better than what I imagined my day would be. The instructor was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Thanks.

Emergency First Aid course in Coggeshall
An excellent Emergency First Aid course today in Coggeshall. Dan led the course brilliantly and made everything so relevant and interesting. A good mixture of information and practical learning. I would definitely recommend training with Vital Workplace Training.
Easily the best training experience we've had!
We had an amazing experience working with Vital Workplace Training. Both Richard and Dan are extremely professional and incredibly helpful at accomodating requests, especially for those with large teams where matching availability can be really difficult.
The delivery we received from Dan was absolutely top tier. Not only did he deliver an abundance of information that we hadn't received from previous first aid courses in the past, but his demeanour when delivering is remarkable. He balances professionality and authenticity incredibly well and flicks between tutor mode, and what I like to call 'staff' mode where he feels like another member of our team. This is incredibly rare and just goes to show how skilled he is at what he does, and how passionate he is about ensuring his clients receive the best service that is tailored to them and the nature of their staffing team which in our case is a crazy bunch of predominantly young people (couldn't have been easy).
Big respect for Dan, Richard and VWT.

Excellent course provider
Vital Workplace Training delivered a broad yet detailed health and safety course for our employees. Richard is extremely personable and did well to quickly identify and understand the needs of our organisation. I'd highly recommend.
Fire Warden Training
Dan's fire training session was interactive, informative and engaging.
Fire Training
Dan came to deliver fire training at our care home. He was very engaging and explained things in a way that all staff were able to understand. He gave us the space to familiarise ourselves with all the fire evacuating equipment. We really enjoyed the course and for me was very thought provoking.

Mental health first aid & emergency first aid in the workplace training
I've had a training session delivered by Vital before and this recent session was just as good. They managed to cover a huge amount of content, but without rushing it. My team felt well informed and more confident should they ever need to put their new skills into place. The trainers have a great sense of humour so there is no dull endless powerpoints, and they talk it all through in an engaging and interactive way. I would highly recommend them for any training needs!
Great Team
Dan and Richard are a great team and they have never let us down, they will change dates and take on surprise extra students with ease. They are always super helpful and friendly and the feedback from the team after training session is never anything other than positive.
Home - First Aid
I first spoke to Richard on the phone, he was very helpful and kind, he kindly arranged for Dan to come to my house and go over First Aid.
Dan was really professional, he was great, he listened to everything I had to say, gave me advice. Went over First Aid with me, made me feel confident in everything I would need to do.
My son had a couple of seizures this year which was very scary, Dan was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything I would need to do, he stayed until I felt comfortable with everything I wanted to know. Thank you both so much.
