This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I started this process and made payment for over $350. I did not use it and asked for a refund. There was no work involved other than an email reminder.

No research
No document
No contract signing

They refunded $100 and shared that it was because of fees; there’s and the governments. I don’t know how the government was involved nothing was submitted or processed . I received a canned sympathy note about fees. Please do not use this company. They are utilizing unfair practices, are taking whatever they can get.
