Made me feel at ease applying for birth certificate copy at first. But process took longer because of my DL photo ended up having to be uploaded because they didn't accept the first one, then didn't accept my second one because it wasn't angled properly or something, I guess. They sent me an example of how it should be which exactly what I sent, it was on a black surface with no glare lighting but still wasn't acceptable so had to do 3 different pic takes to make sure they would accept it AND they did finally! So just make sure you do it correctly when having to upload your photo. Any way AND now after reading some very recent reviews AFTER I applied online and paid all the fee's etc I am very truly un at EASE. Maybe a little anxiety, possible nail biting. I just pray I don't get ripped off after I did the extra work and money to get sooner delivery :(... Soo crap.. I don't know how too rate this yet.. It's been 2 days since my application, which they did say it would take 1-2 days after the review and I would get an email to continue the steps 1-4, Soo now it's a wait game. But I can say I will never do online again if I ever had to get another copy. NOT worth the extra money or anxiety. :):)

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible! Buyer beware! I ordered a birth certificate March 2025 for a job application. When placing my order with standard processing it said it was going to take 3 months. I needed it much sooner, so I paid for expedited processing and expedited shipping. This was 2 additional charges that doubled the cost of my order. After paying for this, it didn't update my arrival date, so I gave it some time and it still didn't reflect it would arrive any sooner than the 3 months. The 3 months comes and goes with no movement of the timeline. I reach out in July, a month after it's supposed to arrive, and they say it could take 20 - 24 weeks!!!! I finally get a new estimated date of September (mind you, I was originally quoted June). September comes and goes and I reach out again this time asking for a refund of my extra $50 for expedited shipping and processing). They turn me down and say I don't qualify. Seriously?!?! They also refuse to help me in any form or fashion tracking down what the problem is with my birth certificate that was requested for a job application. Needless to say my birth certificate finally shows up via regular mail (not the expedited shipping I paid for with a tracking #) January 2026 - 10 months after I ordered it!!! I guess I should be grateful it showed up at all.... this company is absolutely horrible and takes customer no-service to a whole new low. A complete waste of money.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I ordered my Birth Certificate in January and it is now April and I still have not received my Birth Certificate, well after the expected delivery date. They have no way of providing me with the tracking information. I provided very personal documentation that I fear has now been compromised. I have asked for a refund and that was denied.
