Keep appointment times

My appointment was for 8:30 am and they changed it to 9:30 am. I was there at 8:15 am and was not services until 10:40 am. The place was packed. The customer service personal were bilingual but not too friendly. The gentleman that finally did my MRA was friendly and understanding and had me out in less than 15 minutes.(add a star just because of that). Recommendation do not make more appointments that you can not honor. To honor the appointment at the time schedule is a sign of professionalism and respect.
