Possibly Scammed
I cannot get anyone to contact me about an expedited order I put in almost a month ago. I paid almost $200 to get my nephew’s birth certificate rushed, and I keep getting emails saying to upload additional documentation. We’ve added the additional documentation and still keep getting it kicked back. I’ve done the contact form three times and can’t get anything other than the automated response. I feel like we’re being scammed out of $200 at this point and feel like all we get for communication is autogenerated repeated requests that we’re fulfilling to no avail.

This is not VITAL RECORDS. It is a third party, cash grab. Not only was I charged $51 to be sent a form digitally filled out by myself, but told to print the forms, send them and send another check for $25. Not happy, calling the Better Business Beaurau.
