I had a horrible experience with the lab! The staff is totally unprofessional. My blood samples were lost, so i never got any results and now it is a 3rd week i am waiting for the money to be refunded (despite the reminders).

I am so disappointed. My order supposed to arrive Thursday. My father is sick was waiting for 5 days to receive suplements. Tommorow needs to go so hospital. I did even pay extra for DHL express. I didn't get any information. No one pick up phone. We don't know when and where are the suplements which we order already 6 days ago . And it suppose to arrive in "next day " delivery.
