VitaHustle is a meal replacement program. I am a Kevin Hart fan so I ordered it with high hopes.
It tastes retched! I added stevia to take the gag out. It you mix it with ice and milk and stevia, it's tolerable.
It gave me loose stools in the extreme. Their site says only sensitive people get loose stools and your body adjusts. I had code brown accidents at work! three times a week for three weeks, until I stopped taking it. When I drink a shake I need to be at home as I still have emergent expulsion. It caused Hemorrhoids, I have trepidation when I want to try it again as it continues to mess me up. I would not recommend.
AND I didn't lose any weight
