If I could give no stars I would. Not heard from them; no product.

I have been a notary in three states.Let's just put it that way to start. This company's form can only accept the square notary that some people have in some states. Not everyone has that they do not tell you that up front. They want the form so precise that the notary must sign his full name that matches the stamp. They don't tell you that either. They want the date in a certain format. They don't tell you that either. I have gone throuh 5 rejections. I wouldn't use this company on a bet.

Took our money but never sent the product after several email request and four phone calls. We turned them into the Nevada Attorney General and the FTC.gov I would suggest anyone else who has been cheated do the same. Nevada needs to prosecute them. They do not deserve any grace time as they will abuse it when or if it is given to them so they would make things right.

I should have come to this site first to see all these reviews before I ordered my thing. I have not received the supplement and I have called and called, but no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a product on December 12th and still have not received my product as of today January 9th. I have called 6 times emailed to all their addresses no one ever answers the phone. They have my money and I have no product. After 2 weeks I started to worry even with Holiday mail I gave it plenty of time.
No costumer service in fact as fare as I am concerned I have been ripped off completely. This Company will be reported to better business .
Nobody should be ordering from this company.

Ordered a supplement over a week ago and I can't get a response in regards to where this order is or if it's even been shipped. Zero communication. Good news is my credit card hasn't been charged... no clue what the issues are with this place. Beware.

We ordered 2 bottles of Intensive Nutrition Vit. B-12 from this "Phony Outfit" on-line on 12/5/16 (it was put on our Discover Card). They charged the $37.75 cost to our card on 12/7/16. Today is 12/24/16 & we haven't received the order as yet (nor can we get any response to our many phone calls or emails to them). We have filed a complaint with the Las Vegas BBB who is working on it now. We also have contacted Discover to investigate the charge to our card by VitaDocs & hopefully get it reversed. Our next move is to contact the NV Att. Gen. to file a complaint as well as Amazon to advise them of this situation (tho we didn't use Amazon to order -- wish we had !!).

Placed Order with them the charged my card and sent me Mail that product was scheduled to be shipped.
No product for 3 weeks I sent Email several times there response was same email to me over and over.
I finally revived product only because I disputed charges wit my Credit card company they then sent it 2nd Day .
There are plenty of companies that offer better that you will receive from this place. also web is full of negative reviews on Vita Docs should have did my homework first...One of the top worst I ever dealt with Stay Clear

I am still waiting for the product ordered. I have sent emails and no response. I have called and only defaulted to voice mail with no return call. I have cancelled my order through my credit card company because they will not communicate with you.

I'm still waiting for a credit or product I ordered on 5/7/16. I did finally received one of the products after weeks of calling and emailing. But for the other product I have been told they would ship it and then told they would credit my card, but neither has happened after numerous calls and emails. Even reported to the BBB. Guess the only thing left is the Nevada Attorney General as someone suggested. Would like to give it a -5 Star.

Ordered Spectra Enzyme on Nov.8. Did not receive it until Nov. 23rd. They gave me a tracking number but all it showed was not received by Post Office for shipping even though the company said they shipped it on the 14th. Called co. but just got voice mail. Left several emails to them but they just said to wait 48 hours and check tracing number again. After 5 days, still no evidence that Post Office received the package. I have ordered this item from Amazon and received it in 2 days. I'm sorry I didn't check their reviews before I ordered from them. "FOOL ME ONCE.............." You know how it goes!

I used them for about a year, they were pretty good the first two shipments. Then an item was missing, and they took about 3 weeks of me emailing to have them finally say they would send the item when they received more... and it did come.
The next order, well I emailed 3-4 times to 2 different accounts. No answers over a month. So I guess they don't care.
I disputed the charge with my credit card and got a refund.
Should have disputed the whole amount just to be a jerk.

This company has a bad reputation and I wished I'd have researched before ordering.
They sent some of my order after me asking twice, then won't ship the remainder and won't answer my e mails.

I would not recommend ordering from this company because they will only take your money. They sent the wrong order and I am unable to get them to return phone calls or respond to e-mails.

I ordered twice. The first time, even though it took forever, my order arrived correctly. The second time I ordered, I only got three products out of five. That was in May, and now, more than three months later they are not answering my emails, or phone calls. If you were lucky enough to got your order the first time I wouldn't recommend you to try it for a second time.

This charlatan company exists solely for the purpose of taking your money. They not only do not exist, but there are no products to ship to you. If you are waiting for something you were stupid enough to order from this fraudulent company, you will be waiting forever. Simply have your bank or credit card credit company your account now. They use a fake set of automated reply and bogus shopping information to keep you waiting around as long as possible. Contact the Nevada Attorney General's Office to file a complaint. Otherwise, these dishonest leaches on our economic system will continue unabated.

I placed an order for 51.91 for Myco Forte, it was to be shipped and received within 8 days. I ordered it on 6-24-16, they created a shipping label on 6-30-16 and never shipped it out.
I have called the phone number every day and the person on the phone submits an email. I still have not had any reply. The person who works for this company told me that they disconnected the phone number when the worker started calling in complaints.
I help an elderly man, he needs this product, because of the cost, I would not order another, I am disabled myself on a fixed income.

On June 28, 2016, I ordered some product from VitaDocs Inc for $106.95 which was charged immediately to my credit card. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order. I have called them on numerous occasions to try to find out shipping information. They tell me that they called USPS on July 1, 2016 and they just haven't picked up yet. I have tried to cancel my order. They say they will have someone call me. They don't call. They must have my phone number in their system because now they will not answer additional calls from me. I used another phone and they answered. Same old story - they will have someone call me. They don't call. I think they are a bunch of crooks. I am seeking legal advise from my attorney. I am also contacting the BBB.

I wish I would have read the horrible reviews before ordering from VitaDocs. I ordered $60.80 worth of products on 6/8/16, Invoice #e514022107. I instantly received an email that the money was deducted from my account; however, I never received another email to let me know my items were shipped. I have called and emailed repeatedly to find out the status of my order. The one time someone answered the phone, I was told they couldn't pull up my info and someone would have to call me back. I haven't received a call back. I've tried to call several other times and they and they won't answer the phone or return emails. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
