Despite the Italian name, this is a Chinese company. Re 'Ottilie Geometric Dress': the quality of the fabric is so awful, it's not wearable. It looks as if the pattern was printed from a copy of a cop... See more

Misleading
Misleading, Dishonest, and a Complete Scam – Avoid This Company
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I purchased a dress from Vita di Palma that looked elegant and high-quality in the photos. What I received was an absolute joke — flimsy, cheap, and completely different in design, fabric, and fit. It looked like something from a bargain bin, not what was shown on their site.
Their return policy is just as deceptive. The website claims free UK shipping, easy returns within 14 days, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee — yet when I asked to return the item, I was told I’d have to ship it back to China for £29.30, nearly the full cost of the dress itself. None of this was mentioned at checkout or in the FAQ.
Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me 10–20% of my order value and told me to gift the dress to someone. Honestly, no one would want it.
The whole setup feels like a deliberate scam — attractive images, misleading policies, and an impossible return process to discourage refunds. I’ve since seen many similar reviews, all describing the same experience.
I have disputed the payment with my bank and will be reporting the company to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice for false advertising and unfair practices.
Do not fall for this site. Vita di Palma is dishonest, and they are profiting off misleading customers and dodging accountability. Shop elsewhere — this company is not to be trusted.
Terrible scam do not buy
Terrible scam do not buy

Cheap clothing and lies all round
They pretend they are London based
They get cheap horrible clothes from abroad and pretend they're using Royal Mail so we all think they're actually based in London
When you then see that the product is coming from elsewhere, you question them as to why they pretend to be a London based company and pretend they use Royal Mail. At this point you'll get some hyperbole about they are trying to reduce their carbon footprint - it's all a load of rubbish - you get the item and it's nothing like the one pictured or described. You contact them and they offer for you to return it to them for around €30 despite the fact you tell them the garment is the cheapest fabric and you don't want to pay to send it back. Back and forth you will go as they say things like
Keep the item and we offer you 10% back and go on about how concerned they are about the "climate"
When you refuse, they offer you 20% off and keep the item
When you stick to your guns they, all the while suggesting you send it back at your cost, offer greater percentages back, finally
Keep it and have 50% back
NO thanks, at this point I reiterate that I will be getting my bank involved
Finally they say there's a refund om the way at full 100%
STAY AWAY, save your energy

As well as stars there should be an option to red flag a company. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT GO NEAR IT. Have had some back and forth emails and they are atrocious criminals. Offered me 3 euro for a 35 euro poorly made nylon dress that wasn’t remotely similar to the one I ordered. I hope Kama hits them hard.
Disgraceful
It is a scam
It is a scam.
Ordered a dress which looked like Cotten/linen. It came from China, took forever, is a horrible cheap polyester in a totally different shape. No returns if on sale - it turns out, everything is on sale…

Thought they were based in London so ordered a dress which took well over a week to arrive from China…..
Colours good but fabric total rubbish. Now have to decide whether to pay full whack to send it back or suck it up and put it down to experience! Do NOT order….
DO NOT BUY!
Ordered a dress £50 - arrived, absolute garbage!! Cheap material, not enough fabric really cheap looking - disgusting
Awful shop
Awful shop, cheap nasty clothes sold in an upmarket way. They conveniently don't offer refunds on sale items, however their entire store is on sale. Surely it's not legal.
Don't fall for their scam
It is neither Italian nor they are in London.
We were scammed to buy two pairs of their called 'Italian' shoes. Not sure how what type of Italian that would be, as we never received anything.
If they still have the same website, where they say it is a closing down sale (19/3/25) read their terms and conditions, as their scam is so well done that you will have no right of anything, as it is described in their terms and conditions.
Also, be aware that they don't have an address in London or a landline anywhere in the world or even a mobile number on their website. They will only give you an email address where you can try to contact them. If you are lucky, they may reply to you.
You are very likely to either receive some rubbish cheap item to which you will have paid a small fortune or like us, receive nothing. Not sure which one is worse. The only thing I know is that either way, you will loose your money.
Dont buy from here

I ordered two dresses, both in the same size and when they arrived both were see through and the kicker was that one was too big and one was too small. Sizing is really inconsistent and quality is awful.
I contacted the team to see what we could do and after an initial response they've completed stopped responding so I am unable to resolve the issue.
I ordered the dress on 4 March, they took about 10 days to arrive and after an initial offer of a partial refund they have not done this or respond to my email on 17 March (now 10 April).
Scam
Scam.
Advertised as a North Face Jacket but what came was a totally different cheap brand and was several sizes too small.
I’ve given it 2 stars as although it took several weeks to arrive the communication was actually quite good.
It's all a lie.
I made a purchase after seeing their Instagram ad. The brand is neither Italian nor based in London; it's all a lie. The product was shipped from China and came in 2 weeks in a typical cheap package, the dress has no labels or tags, just a low-quality item. Since I bought it on sale, there's no return option. Don’t believe it and don’t shop from them.
