The company used a courier that delivered my order to an address several miles away. Neither Vitapoint nor the courier will take responsibility for this. It seems Vitapoint are cheap for a reason. I won't use them again - shopping with them has caused considerable stress and inconvenience.

Useless sub-standard product and unable…
Useless sub-standard product and unable to return due courier restrictions - All three cans of this paint were defective and unusable (I've never ever had issues with spray paint before - this is clearly a rejected batch which has presumably been bought very cheaply)- I bought this via Amazon so wrongly thought turns would be not issue - whilst Vitapoint accepted the return they would not send a pre-paid label - said I had to ship myself - Amazon said they would refund the postage but .. every courier I contacted (incl. Royal Mail0 refused to ship aerosols for non-commercial customers - so literally unable to send the cans back - I've written off the cost that I paid - not worth the hassle for a tenner ,,,but ... I won't be touching this company with a barge-pole ever again - poor product which I note is still being sold and poor customer service - avoid. I should have read the other reviews on Amazon first - they all say the same thing .

Same as previous review order placed told on way Evri now send me a notification to say order damaged beyond repair take up with Vitapoint. Just wasn’t my refund of £32.26 I feel like I’ve been scammed. No goods and wondering how long until my money is refunded. Surely if Evri did indeed damage they pay Vitapoint who refund me quite simple really. I’ve never had this happen before and I order online all the time. Wouldn’t recommend or use Vitapoint again. No products and no idea how long I have to wait for my refund. Just generic email to say it’s being investigated.

I bought shampoo bars from Vitapoint as they were very good value for a package of six bars. They were despatched quickly and delivered the next day. I would buy from them again

Worst customer service ever!
I am disabled and housebound and rely SOLELY on home deliveries. Placed an order on Friday on Amazon which stated next day delivery from this company and although they did issue a refund I was told the product was still coming and they apologised for delay guaranteeing it would be with me Sunday it’s now Tuesday and reduced a message the seller this company called the item back! You would have thought that as a goodwill venture Gue to the delivery not aerobic g by the specified next day they would have still let me receive the item! I have never experienced such horrible customer service and as I rely solely on deliveries would have continued to order from them. Absolutely appalled!!
