If I could give zero I would total scam - returned product and no refund - trying to make out it was not returned yet have photo proof and Royal Mail proof -

One star is one too many.

My camera 'arrived' about 6 weeks late.

The courier had stolen it,it was so obvious when it arrived that I immediately filmed myself opening it, there was no box inside only small white balls.

The mist terrible thing was the customer service, they just kept replying saying they needed photo evidence, which I supplied, then it was video evidence, which I supplied, then they went quiet, then they said my order was on its way, then looped back around to needing video evidence... avoid. Honestly, avoid at all costs. Horrible company, horrible service.

Horrible customer support, Poor quality camera. Save your money and stay away this company

Their website shows a 5 star review rating but I am so glad I decided to check on Trust Pilot directly before I purchase the Visuscam.
Merchant website is clearly misleading and gives false review rating (4-5 stars) using Trust Pilot logo.

Received the product after 3 weeks turn it on followed all the instructions to link it to my phone it will not link tried for 20 plus times and won't I tried to reach out to them and I get no response things a piece of crap

Very shaky recording and poor app connection caused me to request a return. Ever since company , is not responding to my request, sending occasionally set up guide instead of return instructions as there is none on their website. It asks you to email customer service and they just send you random set up video links. And no possibility to send a camera back! Pure scammers.

Absolute Rubbish. What a waste of money and my hard earned money.
Avoid this company at all costs.
They have breached uk trading laws and won't refund.
These cameras are not fit for purpose. The battery when fully charged. Only lasts 12 minutes.
AVOID. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRUADULENT CRIMINALS.

An appalling company to try to work with - stay well away. They have been aggressive and unhelpful in their limited replies to emails where I want to return the goods and seek a refund. Now they simply do not respond.

Abandoned Drop shipping Site...

Ordered the 4k chest cam - then looked into the company and found their polices aren't real, nothing filled out just a blatant copy paste template with stuff like: "[RETURN ADDRESS HERE]"

After finding this I wanted to cancel the order so I emailed them just 10 minutes after placing the order and the email on the Shop app they have doesn't exist anymore & bounced-back. The email on their website is a generic G-Mail and just abandoned, no reply after emailing twice.

Contacted the bank and they will hold the transaction if I don't hear by the 12th.

Ordered this from them as their Social Media on TikTok was huge with 1 Million views on some videos... They haven't posted in 2-3 months so seems they've just abandoned the store but allowed people to still order and are just taking your money.

Found out this is just an AliExpress product being sold for 2x the price!

Stay well clear!

Run to the hills. Dont deal with this company. Still waiting for my order after 2 months. No communication from company

This company sells items that do not work they have not sent me a return label they want me to pay for return myself i personally class this company as stealing people's money do not buy from visus they will take your money and make excuses not so they don't have to send you a return label and they can keep your money
