Their website states 5-7 working days…

Their website states 5-7 working days delivery. I ordered 2 sets of lenses on 01/08/24, 8 days later I got an email saying they weren’t in stock so I picked some different ones. On the 29/08/24 I am still waiting for them to be delivered. I was hoping to have them for a holiday on 01/09 but nearly a month later, it’s looking very unlikely.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we remind you that when you replaced the product with another item on 13/08/2024, you received an email from us on 14/08/2024 with the estimated delivery date for 28/08/2024 and fortunately we have shipped the order before this date, exactly on 21/08/2024, where you received the tracking number specifying that the estimated warranty time for abroad corresponded to 3-7 working days. So the post office only suffered a delay of 1 working day, delivering its order on 08/31/2024. Fortunately a day before your vacation. We remind you that we are always available and ready to solve any problem with all our customers.

They send all order to the UK via Royal…

They send all order to the UK via Royal Mail which ends up taking forever to receive your order! I still haven’t received my sunglasses yet. Won’t be using them again

And they always try to make their deliveries in the estimated time and in case there are delays, we usually contact them to be able to know the reasons for the delay and to be able to speed up the delivery, when the customer informs us of the delay or in case they do not know how to track the order. Extremely long communication

I paid an order on 10th of August 2024.
As at 19th of August I have no information about shipment or order number or possibiloty to have my money back.
I asked vistaexpert for a telephone number and didn’t get any answer, I asked them to call me, no reaction.

After leaving my review here I got my issue resolved.
I'm really disappointed with the length of our communication - it took 8 business days to resolve my issue.

It took them 10 days to pack the sunglasses!
I paid on 5th August, today is 15th still don't have them!
I hoping they arrive before Christmas!

This company was very responsive to my…

This company was very responsive to my questions about the delivery. A few days before the sunglasses arrived I was concerned they would be delivered too late. They were late, by a few days, but once they were dispatched I could see how thy moved through Italy, Germany, Holland to here in UK. I suspect Vistaexpert have no control over when their suppliers will send the glasses.

The glasses, Ray-Ban Clubmaster Asian fil (3016F) are unavailable in UK and Ray-Ban's customer services were hopelessly unaware (they are based in the Far East.

So, it all worked out - but was nerve-wracking.

I had an order they sent it without…

I had an order they sent it without original box, I have asked them as I have only received the case and the the customer representative keeps telling that they sent me the case, I did keep sharing that as that is yes but not the box and still person keeps sharing case is sent
As I dont speak Italian and did translate no same and shared by photos to explain again the same after hoop no respond at all so be carefull when you do order

we inform you again that the photos you sent of the box you expected unfortunately are not produced by our current supplier of the brand, because what you thought you were receiving was the product of the old supplier Marchon, and since 2020 you are no longer the supplier of the Chloé brand. We tried to provide this information to you, explaining that the current supplier is Kering Eyewear, and they do not produce the white box, and they are the ones who send us boxes/keepers of each model, so our job is to ship it to each customer as we receive, and also provide the original sheets that belong to each brand. We are sorry for the confusion but what you have received is what we have also received from the current supplier.

I came across this gem of a company to…

I came across this gem of a company to order some authentic ray ban sunglasses lens. I looked everywhere from nyc to London and even the ray ban website - the quotes were coming at extortionate prices. But this company delivered much cheaper and its authentic. Now I have a good as new pair of polarised sunglasses.

Advertise The Total Cost

Good Service and the sunglasses were delivered on time. No complaints there, however bought from ebay cite and advert is misleading. States free delivery but that's not true. I live in UK and paid an extra £60 for delivery. If that is the case and there are additional charges, be upfront and state the TITAL cost in the advert posted. (Only found out when the sunglasses were delivered and enclosed was the delivery invoice)

However, for orders over £135 placed from the UK, VAT is not charged at the time of purchase on eBay, and additional taxes are applied. This information is clearly indicated during the purchase process. Unfortunately, these additional costs are due to post-Brexit regulations and are beyond our control.
