Poor communication, bad customer service

The tour was great! It just wasn’t the tour, we had booked 😒. Unfortunately, they only informed us of this while on the boat giving us NO chance the cancel and rebook the tour, we wanted to go on. We were called the night before about a schedule change since we were sailing out from a different port. Twice I asked if it was the same tour. Twice they confirmed that it was. Only by the end if the tour, when I asked if we did not still have one more island to visit was I informed that that was only one the other tour from the other port.
I was declined a partial refund of the cost.
