No refund for trial purvhase that cannot use
After buying first trial and haven't give it a test. Got the email again about trial so I bought one more time. However it's come out that trial is only once per customer. No idea why they email me about it again. Ask their customer for refund but they're have decide $20 is better than a customer so I just give it to them and move on. Beware

Hi Nam Vu, we are sorry for your experience, however, we had terms and conditions stated that trial is only applicable once, and whoever purchased trial, their email will be excluded from the purchase, customer will only be able to purchase with a new email, which some customers did the same way, to violate our trial rules by repurchase with new emails. We also provided with an option to upgrade it to a monthly license, however it was rejected, thus we were unable to help further. Hope this clarifies.

Great EA with excellent customer service.
The perfect EA for those who wants to scalp up to 28 currency pairs. Their customer service is super friendly and helpful too!
