My order hasnt arrived after 2 weeks!!and no update of any kind, not even on the UPS app. Horrible service

I regret finding this company on google. You bet I’ll bet I’ll evaluate you badly everywhere on google. You are terrible…

Never offered me other brands options to attend my due date… you just sell things without having been aligned with your supply chain! Absurd!

Great service

Never received and they refund within…

Bit of a hassle.

Good customer service, but flaky.

They're slow to communicate when something's out of stock and then the restocking times are extremely long. I ordered on the first of a month, and it took them almost two weeks to contact me about the order and say that it would take another 4 weeks. Luckily they were helpful about cancelling the order, but I don't think it's worth it when there are better options (and for less money!)

Plus they use UPS (at least for my order) and that was even worse because they refused to contact me when they couldn't find the address and it took over a week of failed communication to them for it to actually get delivered.
