Great for forgetful eyes

I love that I get a notification reminding me to re-purchase my contacts because honestly I am always forgetting until I have 1 pair left. But when that happens (which is too regularly) the next day delivery is amazing

Best price Best service.

Disappointed with recent order

I have used Vision Direct for many years to order my contact lenses. In the past the orders have been processed speedily & I have received them the next day. However this time has been a nightmare. I was advised my order would be delayed due to one set of lenses being unavailable. I was notified the order has been dispatched by 24hr tracked Royal Mail. That was on 23rd May. I finally received them this morning 1st June having been to the post office to chase the order only to be told that my house number was missing from the address, so I was extremely lucky to receive it. Please back up your ideas & make sure all orders are dispatched with the full address.
