I wanted a book that I wrote to be edited and put on Amazon to be sold by this company. the communication was poor. The editing and formatting were very unprofessional. I HAD TO TAKE THE BOOK DOWN AND AM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING WHAT THEY WERE HIRED TO DO. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AT AMAZON AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS I NOW HAVE MY BOOK BACK.
