Although my Oakley glasses with anti …

Although my Oakley glasses with anti glare and transition lenses took a month to arrive. They coast 159.00 all in. Vision express almost charged me £475.00 for exactly the same. Also they came in an awesome Oakley carbon case.
Great glasses, at almost a quarter the price of the High Street.

Unfortunately I have a had a bad experience.

I waited for just over 2 weeks and sadly when I got my glasses they were defected. I can understand this defect might not be there fault and might be a manufacturing defect. Either way I have ended up with a product I am not happy with. Now I have a real problem as I need them to see and do not have a back up. I am very upset as this puts me in a real inconvenient position.

Very disappointing. Poor quality control for a premium product.

VisionNOT2you...

I ordered a pair of Gucci frames on Feb 4th. Not having heard anything further, I contacted them on 13th. They told me that a) the frames were out of stock and they were awaiting an update and b) that they had just been made aware of this and couldn't have updated me earlier. Upon prodding, they've offered to upgrade my delivery to next day when the frames come. Unfortunately, I had to ask yet again on status today and they said that the frames are now due on Thursday so I'll get them next week...nearly a month after having ordered. Vision2you have good prices and courteous customer service but they should proactively keep customers up to date and also advise upfront as to frame availability as I would never have ordered from them had I known it would take nearly a month.
