Frauds.

Paid for Maui Jim LEWALANI and received a cheap pair of something else. Happy to upload photo's. Gilles although seeing the photos, on the day of delivery, decided that all was OK. Gilles has no idea of what he is selling, or worse, he does.

These people are a disgrace.

The glasses frame which I ordered arrived safely and is exactly what I purchased. I wish to thank you all who helped inspite of the confusion where the frames had to travel through many countries (which was not the fault of Visionet).

I haven't been refunded. My order was never processed. I returned it at my own expense and haven't received a refund for the item. I've been monitoring my prepaid card balance for eleven days, and I haven't received a refund. Is this a new tactic, not processing orders?

I made a purchase in December for my glasses and while the glasses are very nice I have had such disappointing service from customer service.
The item was shipped from Germany meaning I incur a customs charge.
When the item has been labelled for shipping it has been labelled incorrectly and for DOUBLE the cost actually paid. This means that I have been charged an extra £55 customs charge that I should not have paid.
Initially customer services replied about this and I have not heard anything since rhe first week of January now.
Super disappointed that the company wouldn't rectify their mistake as it is a massive extra cost for me.
I won't be using them again.

I was extremely sceptical about this online shop until I received my order which was delivered to Latvia just within weekend. I placed my order on Friday afternoon and got the parcel next Monday in the middle of the day!!! Never before I experienced something even close to that. The package as well as the case and sunglasses in it all were in perfect condition. Now I deeply regret that initially I was so suspicious that I didn't use their offer "buy one get second pair of glasses for free" :(
Overall, I still can't understand how they could provide such a cheap price for genuine brand sunglasses and outstanding delivery service.

This online store website malfunctioned a D captured mybosyment twice using 2 different bank cards which caused me to escalate the problem to PayPal and my financial institutions. Very unethical and unprofessional. Provided transaction IDs for both payments taken from me and they are still acting oblivious to the issue. Buyer beware.

Ordered from Visio-net.co.uk (not the French website stated on here) before I had seen the reviews on here so was a little concerned but in the end I didn’t need to worry.
Ordered on Saturday 17.08 and received a confirmation email within minutes.
On the Monday I got an email from Deutsche post customer portal to say my order from Fair Play is being shipped. My first thought was who are Fair Play and why are my glasses being shipped from Frankfurt in Germany but this is where their warehouse is. After some research Fair Play is the company behind the website. Did check them out on the French companies house but can’t remember the name. Used their VAT number on a search and that looked good also.
On Tuesday an update from Visonet to update me with the shipment.
Email from Royal Mail on the Wednesday and Thursday and Friday. Delivered on the Friday and within the 5 working days as advertised.
Hugo Boss frames (only) were great and cheap (£65) compared to other sites.
No import changes for the UK as stated on their website but after research it looks like I wouldn’t pay anything anyway on this amount. Suggest you look at the Gov websites.
Service good and timeframes from France/Germany were as stated so would order again

I'm totally happy with Visionet service, they are very professional and accurate and I recommend ordering glasses from them very strongly.
They made me a computer glasses, the glasses should be with diopters, but after I received it 🕶️ I tried it for a couple of days and it was not appropriate for me, mostly the Ophthalmologist she did the see test for me, she did it not in a good way and she wrote me the wrong diopters grade. I contacted Visionet afterward and I told them about my problem, and they helped me directly and they changed the glasses for a grade that suits my seeing and without any additional costs.
Becaus of this I'm very happy of the great service Visionet offered me. They are 100% professional 😃😃👍🏻
