There have been no issues with this carrier. All information is delivered on time speed of downloading or reviewing reels or videos. Everything is clear just as it was with the previous carrier although the bottom line is, it’s more value for your buck.

My experience with visible has been awesome. I haven’t been out of service once, and they provide great customer service from porting in your number to billing. They cost 25 dollars a month with all fees and tax included. They run from Verizon. Overall visible has been great and I highly recommend.

No service on delivery route very often. Too many areas without service. This happened multiple times. Was gonna switch but was too late before auto pay

Sold as prepaid, but not really prepaid. They take your money first, then demand a credit card before activating the service. That defeats the entire purpose of buying a prepaid plan for privacy or anonymity. Customer service suggests using a masked card, but that is meaningless when those providers still have to follow KYC rules. Misleading product, frustrating process, and a complete failure to deliver what “prepaid” implies.

Everything works the same as if I was on Verizon. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the customer service. The chat box isn't always problem solving.

We love Visible! My husband and I switched from Verizon and have no regrets. The price is so much better, coverage is just as good, and no big contracts. We couldn’t be happier!

The promo code never worked when i set up my account, so i pay the regular $35/month. My calls are frequently spotty regardless of my phone showing adequate signal or not. Another issue i have ran into is frequent pauses to data availability. Just the other day I was without my phone for many hours with it stating that I had no data and to contact visible with questions. When I was finally able to get onto wifi and look up my account, it was still showing active and paid up. The next day my phone was connected again. This makes it hard to say that visible is a reliable carrier. Very disappointing.

Lousy connections in certain areas— keeps getting the SOS which means NO Signal s. Certainly will not recommend cos it is just plain not worth your money.

The coverage (they use Verizon's towers) for the price is really nearly impossible to beat

I love visible because you get great service, for a great price! Unlimited hot spot and high speed. I only pay 45 dollars a month!

The coverage is good but some areas around SC the coverage is really bad.

I love the service but hate that there is no one you can call. No customer support.

When we signed up it was easy. I like the auto pay I don’t have to worry about the bill and get notified when the payment will be paid.
