I’ve been trying to make my apartment feel more modern without doing a full renovation. One purchase from Visatomu surprisingly changed the vibe of the whole space.

I bought some shoe shelves for £180 which I think are the worst made, cheapest looking self assembly furniture I have ever seen. I asked over a week ago to return them as they claim they have an easy returns policy, but I still haven't heard back from them, despite emailing them twice. The goods were made and shipped directly from China so that would explain the quality. Do not use this company - they cannot be trusted.

I honestly didn’t expect the quality to feel this nice for the price. the design looks modern, the finish feels premium, and everything arrived properly packed without any issues.

I was looking for a unique accent piece for our living room and chose the LunaBall globe lamp. The resin finish has a really elegant, frosted look that diffuses the light beautifully so it never hurts your eyes. It’s heavy enough to feel stable on the carpet, and everyone who walks into the room asks where we got it.

I purchased two shoe racks for a total of $440 (on sale). What I purchased is not at all what I received. The quality is offensive, the colors were completely off and the entire structure of the shoe racks were different than the product photo. Further investigation of their website led me to realize every photo they have on their site is AI. I reached out to the company to get a refund and they want me to ship it back to China (lol when their website said everywhere they're out of Beaverton Oregon) for $560. $560 to send back the actual trash they sent me just to get my $440 back. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent brand for decorating your home. Decorative lamp and some other accessories have been purchased. Great quality of goods and everything matches pictures exactly. Packaging and shipping were also great and even to Australia!

Customer service solved my problem in less than 24 hours. I had a question regarding my order and wrote to customer support. They replied to me very fast and answered all my questions. 30-days return period gives me total satisfaction. Overall, great experience!
