Very little feedback or guidance since payment and sending of notarized documents January 2023.
Actually beginning to think there is some kind of scam happening here !
Very vague when asked any questions... if you get a reply at all. As of now, emails are being returned "Address does not exist" and the website is down...
No answer to Whatsapp messages and not answering her calls.
Looking like yet another Filipina scammer !

The Embassy of New Zealand recommended us to go to the Visa Assistant Center,
When we got there, someone helped right away. The guard was nice and asked about our concern. We were redirected to a consultant. She asked, what were our concerns. We had so many questions but we were still accommodated.
Our concerns were addressed properly. The service we availed only took 1 day in which it could have been days or week if we process it by ourselves. We were notified immediately when the passport was availablle. My uncle in New Zealand talked and was very happy with the smooth and fast service provided to us. To quote " grabe Ang galing!" He also asked questions regarding the visa of my cousin because their Consultant in New Zealand were nowhere to reach and could not help them on understanding the visa information. Again, we highly recommend them to anyone who seeks help regarding visa application, you will never regret it. They are more than worthy of your time and money!

We walked in to this agency sometime on July to seek visa assistance for my husband.I was amazed for the looks and ambiance of the office and likewise the excellent customer service. Ma’m Jumil explained thoroughly
about obtaining a visa, tourist, extension and spouse visa. I was very satisfied with her answers to our questions, and right there, I decided to have her assistance for my husband. She explained what are the requirements, the visa fee, their service fee
black and white. I found her a very helpful and knowledgeable of her job, (visa consultant)
Sometimes, we are annoying her as we have so many “what if’s…” and she will tell us not to be negativistic. Few days ago, we needed an extension visa, we passed the requirements at around 2 pm to her, the next day, she called us for the good news, the visa was approved.
We were very happy , she didnt even asked for the service fee before processing my husband’s visa. She is very kind and helpful, Thank you so much ma’m Jumill. I dont have any hesitation to recommend her for visa assistance. -EGTNS DFS international in makati Philippines is a very trusted and helpful visa assistance centre.
