I had a terrible experience with this website. I paid $40 for three flight itineraries, based on their claim that they are trusted and approved for visa applications. What I got was a simple Word document that looked completely fake. The embassy rejected my visa right away. When I contacted them, they just said it was a non-confirmed itinerary and offered no refunds. I lost my money and my chance. Do not trust them.

They auto-filled the wrong passenger's name. They refuse to correct or refund it. And their support email does not work. They just want to get your money

Don't use. Their itinerary cannot be validated on the airlines website so very high chance of it getting rejected and you losing a lot of money (visa fees, etc.). I asked for a refund after I found this out and they didn't offer one.

Use with caution…
Please do not use them … I just used thwir software o paid 9euro to generate itenary.. I added details of my wife as i needed itenary for her … i paid by my apply pay … it generated itenary on my name … I asked them on whatsapp to change it as i alreqdy paid for it and this is the bug in their software that can be fixed in 30mints literally.. they said we cant and you have to pay again and generate … its buggy software stay away
updated the rating bec later they solved issue manually and gave me itenary
