I made a departure error on my online…
I made a departure error on my online application form and I managed to send another email correcting what my real departure date was.
They understood and cancelled the first application with a full refund and secondly have sent me the visa with my real departure date was

The website was informatiive and easy to follow.
I received my visa within a couple of days.
The only downside was I had to collect my visa as apparently I wasn't at home and the expensive postage service.

I would have given 5 stars but…
I would have given 5 stars but something seemed to go wrong with my request online. You received all my information and took the payment, but once I hadn’t heard anything, I enquired to be told that my order had been abandoned. As soon as it had been confirmed that everything was in fact in order, my visa was sent out and I received it very quickly. Ensure you receive an email confirmation, if not contact Visa Cuba immediately. All turned out fine in the end. Good service.

Very Prompt and Efficient
I somehow managed to duplicate my visa. I contacted Visa Cuba by email to explain and received a very quick response back from them, acknowledging my mistake and they would cancel the duplicate and refund the money. Have received prompt updates in relation to my visa application and the whole process has been so straight forward and uncomplicated.
