Bad Service

Good reputation ruined by bad service

I sent them all documentations required 3 weeks before entry. They promised this is easily possible. The process over the next 2 weeks was slow and replies were in broken english, once answer conflicting with the other.

Finally, they confirmed that they had now uploaded the visa application 1 week prior to my arrival. They now wanted to charge me with the express service for 3-5 days. Not ideal but ok, they had 3 weeks…
They sent me their invoice.
Now they tell me that it isn’t possible anymore and that they, despite confirming this, hadn’t actually uploaded the visa for application?
I have 4 days left to find another solution asap.
