This was a really bad experience

This was a really bad experience. My rep is nice but incompetent. First, it was all about them, not what I needed. I filled out their questionnaire. They took their sweet time to respond. The auto responder that they don't work weekend and don't work the hours I work got annoying. Then, when they finally sent me 3 candidates to interview, I picked one - because that's what they do. Provide you 3 candidates and if you don't like them, too bad. So I hired one who seemed ideal. She doesn't show up the first day, and we reach out and she said she overslept. So we meet and start with training for a project. She had questions but that was in the middle of my night, so by the time I received the questions, it was her night. So the second day, at our appointed time I'm on Google Meet waiting for her, and she does not show up. We email and wahtsapp - are you ok? what's going on? Crickets! I tell VSF person and she said she will replace that candidate. So now I wait. There is no real communication or timeline. By the time they find me a candidate I'm on a business trip and cannot onboard or train.
I do not recommend this service. They are a ripoff!

What a huge waste of time and money!

This service cost me almost $500. I contacted them on 10/9. They weren't able to provide me with a list of candidates until 10/21. Then I was pressured to choose one quickly before they are unavailable. One completely no showed to the interview. That left me with two choices. One appeared to have changed jobs every year for the past 5 years or so. So, I went with the only remaining candidate. She was super nice, but very inconsistent with her work, sometimes she would produce a lot of stuff in one day and I wouldn't hear from her at all on other days. We had 4 in-person meetings scheduled during her month of work with me, she was late to two, cancelled for one, and no showed for the fourth. She had good excuses each time, but I can't ignore a track record like that. She lasted only 1 month with me. When I contact VSF I was sent the terms and conditions - they give no refunds, they would have given me a second batch of candidates (never offered, just buried in the terms and conditions), and their VA guarantee is over at 10 days (also buried in the terms a conditions). All they offered me was a roughly 10% returning client discount... Hmm. Waste $450 again with you all and so much time? No thanks!

0 Accountability of VA's

0 Accountability of VA's
No way of checking the track record of VA's hired

VA's cannot be held accountable which means you just hire them and they can leave tomorrow and because they do not have any public profile they cannot be held accountable.

Virtual Staff Finder doesn't have a VA profile directory either, not a public one and not a private one so it's based on one-sided trust.

They charge 500$ to find Va's and they do not take 0 responsibility for what happens after hiring has taken place.

They wash their hands so to speak which is far from stellar!

It took nearly 4 to 5 months for them to find candidates, the first batch was totally inadequate and the second batch had one VA which we ended up hiring.

As expected the VA bailed at first chance and then resigned and will go back into the pipeline and someone else is going to hire him and most probably have the same exact experience.

The vetting process is very low quality because of the aforementioned reasons and they use an Anthony Robbins test which is totally inadequate to measure the Personality of the Human resource in order to see if they got the qualities for the job they were hired for.

- No way to prove the track record of the VA's
- No way to hold the VA's accountable
- No guarantees after the hiring has taken place
