It doesn’t work

It doesn’t work. I have had multiple issues, set up the app and it still doesn’t work, the caller rings me , I pick up and the line gets disconnected after a few moments despite having good signal. The customer service was ok, they replied to my email but when I asked for a refund because I had paid for months and not been able to use they wouldn’t give me one. I’m going to terminate my account.

I absolutely loved the app there were a…

I absolutely loved the app there were a few minor inconveniences with connections you just have to make sure you're in a area with good Internet connection. Cheap plans great app would highly recommend virtual landline if you need to connect with anyone over seas. Daniel was kind to help me through the process thank you to the team and thank you for keeping me connected with loved ones during a really difficult time. Customer service was exceptional I would rate this app and customer service a 10 out of 10🙏🏼

Setup call really helpful

The setup call we had was really helpful. Everything was explained in great detail and all our questions were answered. A very friendly team to speak to.

Cor flippin' heck these folks are good

Cor flippin' heck these folks are good. I've used Skype for my VoIP number for years (YEARS!) until Microsoft killed it bcos stupid, so I was forced to port my number to A N Other supplier. I chose VLL after a bit of research and fired them off an email basically saying "Please port this number from Skype" and was unable to provide ANY details at all for the supplier (um, Microsoft? Redmond? shrug) and after about a ten day wait, IT JUST WORKED!! Like magic, they ported my number, set up my account, and now I'm a very happy chappy with my contact phone number preserved. I had a little issue with setting up my voicemail, so I tested out their support crew and Daniel sorted it real quick. Cannot fault them. Strong recomm from me :)
