LeeAnn booked exactly the date and time…

LeeAnn booked exactly the date and time needed for my trip to NYC and the QC Spa! It is a girls' trip, so I needed to know beforehand what was possible. She responded within a day, so we are moving forward with plane tickets, etc. I have been to QC spa once before and it was fantastic. I am excited to take friends this year.

Hard to Book, Even With a Valid Voucher

The experience was difficult to book, with no available dates for the current week or even months out. It was frustrating to have a voucher that didn't expire but still couldn't be used due to the lack of availability. Ultimately, we had to exchange it for a different experience, which worked out, but the process was more of a hassle than expected.

They should have more info about…

They should have more info about availability for attractions. They didn’t have anything available for the weekend I planned to use. I found out after purchasing the voucher. The Virgin Gifts website didn’t have them available, but the main website of the skydeck had available times for that weekend.

Cannot Book Experience - Page Just Spins

This is the second time I tried purchasing a trip through Virgin Gifts, and when I went to book it the page just sat blank. Unusable product!

Second time I tried purchasing through Virgin Gifts and had the same issue and needed a refund both times.

Once at the facility

Once at the facility, I was unable to scan my QR code because it was book through a third party instead of the facility directly. I told the receptionist I booked through another website and she moved me to another computer found my booking and checked me in and there were no issues .

Reliable Platform

I purchased a spa ticket through Virgin Experience that required a reservation. I initially had difficulty making an appointment. This was because the platform I used to book the appointment required us to make the appointment through Virgin Experience. Although I encountered a few technical issues, when I contacted the Virgin Experience team via email and asked for their help, they completed all the steps for me and communicated with me every step of the way. It is a reliable platform.

Absolute joke of a platform

Absolute joke of a platform. Terrible customer service. I ordered a gift voucher for family and when I came to use it I could not get in touch with the provider. I tried to resolve this with virgin gifts but they aren’t interested as I bought the voucher at Christmas. It’s absolutely appalling and I strongly discourage people from using this platform. There are much better experience day companies who care about their customers experience. Thank you for nothing!
