My experience so far has been fantastic. I am 2 months in a 6-month agreement. All interactions from the first point of contact through all the levels of service have been spot on to the expectations originally set. In the last 30 days our Social Media views have been over 500,000 10x of our baseline. We are seeing a real gain of business recognition at the street level and that is our target. I am in the podcasting industry, and Viral Coach has completely changed the way I look at producing any material I put out. So far I'm enjoying the content. It has helped me get behind a camera to start filming short form content for my business. The team has been responsive, which is nice.

Still new to the program but I've been very impressed with the quality of the content and the community. The biggest difference from other programs I've been a part of is that the content jumps right in and shows real examples with actionable steps. You can tell Daniel and his team are legit and they really care. I work in digital marketing and I can tell you there's a lot of hype out there, people overinflating what they've been able to do. This doesn't feel like that.

We had a call scheduled and they simply stood me up. No emails or messages warning. Very unprofessional. Also I have to say that their material is misleading, they say: 1 million views or you don't pay. And then right under there's a money back guarantee. This is logically inconsistent, since they guarantee their process works even before you pay. Anyways, waste of my time.

I ran into this community by searching skool's explore communities and putting in social media manager. So far it's been exactly what I was looking for... giving me ideas on what to focus on to get our content seen and adored online!

I had a meeting at 8am this morning that no one showed up to...

Viral Coach spammed me with emails on a Sunday (yesterday) that I did not see, because like most people was off of work.

And they cancelled my appointment for not responding to their emails same day...

This is pretty unprofessional. 

I was excited for this appointment but I suppose that Viral Coach do not care to earn my business since they cancelled on a willing buyer.

Growing my BJJ gym's social profile, I've joined a number of different online membership sites which promise the earth. In reality, while they may have an order list of what to watch, most of it seems to be about charging people to keep them pumped up while they figure out what business they will launch. Viral Coach in contrast has a structured approach that starts with the fundamentals of social media, and a quick review of my profiles made me realise that this needed an overhaul. Viral Coach is about taking action. I also think it is aimed at people with real, existing businesses, not the IM types. People choose Viral Coach because they want more deals not more views. The views are simply a way to get more deals. So far I've been super impressed and am excited to see where it is taking me next.

I'm a therapist working through their free course. As someone who has avoided marketing myself on social media I am finding a clear framework for how to think about making content as well as very actionable steps for starting this process.
