J'ai acheté des polos Moncler, doutant de leur authenticité, je les ai fait expertiser par Moncler et voici leur réponse:
We are sorry to inform you that the registered product is not an authentic Moncler.
If you would like to obtain a refund, we kindly suggest you to contact directly the issuer of the credit card used for the purchase (e.g.: Mastercard, Visa, etc.) or PayPal.
We remain at your disposal if you needed an official certification provided by Moncler, which will be preceded by the shipping of the garment directly to our company. In any circumstances this product could be put on the market again.
We thank you for your help and cooperation fighting against counterfeiting.
We kindly remind you that we distribute our original products only through our flagship stores, a selected network of authorized shops and our official online store Moncler.com.
Suite á cette expertise, j'en ai fait part á Viprivé. Aucune réaction de leur part. Pas étonnant, la durée entre la commande et la livraison a pris plus de deux mois et ce, en leur envoyant plusieurs rappels! J'aurais mieux fait de m'abstenir et demander remboursement.
