Im in the middle of moving to a new home and had a 10x30 storage filled with everything from the old house. Ali and his crew showed up on time and ready. These guys were very fast and very careful with my stuff. They boxed up smaller things into larger boxes made a big moving project look like an easy job they definitely earned the Pro in their name. I would definitely go with VIP Pro Moving to handle a moving job for me again.

They were very friendly, quick and took great care of our furniture!

Arseny, Eric and John were the BEST movers we have ever had!!! They. Were polite, efficient and worked miracles getting a couple of beds upstairs that seemed impossible.

We have moved several times and, for the first time ever, nothing w as damaged and everything made it here!

I was able to get a quote and book within the same day. VIP Moving called me to learn more so they could understand my needs. They were able to be competitive with their pricing. The moving crew showed up on time, wrapped everything up, checked with me to inspect the items before wrapping and unwrapped at new location. They moved me quicker than last time I moved. All was done in 5 hours for a large one bedroom apartment with stairs.

We had a horrible experience with this company. From the start, we explained this was a two-bedroom move. When the drivers arrived, they mentioned they had just finished a 7-hour job and already looked exhausted. Their disappointment was obvious when they saw the amount of work, and their slow pace reflected how beat they were.

They assured us everything would fit in the truck, but it didn’t. Once they realized we had to be out of storage by a certain time, they told us they couldn’t take everything because there wasn’t enough room and that they would have to come back. This left us scrambling. My partner, our family, and I had to jump in and carry boxes ourselves just to get things inside the house.

We are now stuck figuring out how to move the rest of our belongings on our own. After this experience, we will not be using this company again.

I love the professionalism of this company, the two young men were awesome representatives of what VIP Pro is all about! They just know how to take away the anxiety that is often associated with moving but most of all they came prepared for all variables that might have presented themselves, they are the only company that comes to mind when I want to move something.

Never hire this company! They will estimate what seems to be a reasonable time and price for your move and then trap you to spend substantial more.

They told me 5.5-8hrs to move us out of our 2 bedroom apartment, transfer everything to a new 2 bedroom apartment and “set everything back up”. It took 16hrs and they just left everything sitting in our new place, didn’t set anything up. On top of that they couldn’t even get everything out of our unit because they didn’t bring a large enough truck, now we are stuck moving the rest ourselves.

This is truly the worst moving company I have ever seen, they are scam artists, proceed with CAUTION!

I’m requesting a partial refund for my move today, August 7, 2025, which was unprofessional and far below the service I was promised.

The movers arrived well over an hour past the confirmed 8:00–9:00 AM window — not until after 10:00 AM — because they had been sent to the wrong address by management. I had confirmed the time and address several times in advance, so this, combined with being unable to reach anyone all morning (call log attached), was baffling. I reached someone only twice; the first time she had no information, and the second time she promised to provide the movers’ numbers but never did. She also promised me a 30% discount for the delay, which has not been applied.

Before the move began, I was pressured to sign paperwork confirming the fee, despite the delay — which felt misleading. I was ultimately charged $624 for a move that ended with my boxes still in disarray; I sent the crew home once the items were inside and one table reassembled.

During the job, one mover was openly rude — rolling his eyes, scoffing when I tried to help, and generally making the process unnecessarily uncomfortable. They took repeated long breaks: standing idle despite everything being pre-packed for them, stopping for food from a food truck and eating it outside while I was moving chairs for them, smoke breaks, and sitting in their car for over 30 minutes before heading to my new place. I have photos and witnesses who can confirm this.

Because of their lateness, I also lost $300 on a furniture sale — the buyer reduced payment by half because I couldn’t meet the promised time. Not to mention the time I lost from work today.

To make matters worse, I later received a call asking me to pay for a parking ticket the crew got while unloading, which could have been entirely avoided if they’d arrived on time and worked more quickly. Street cleaning began at 1pm, their arrival was set for 8am-9am and I was quoted 3.5-4 hours originally, but the move really should have taken less than 3 total because I did all of the preparation work and only one item had to be disassembled.

Adding insult to injury, the $20/hour fee for paying by card was never disclosed until moments after the crew arrived. I paid by card for a paper trail, but this undisclosed surcharge feels like another attempt to inflate the bill.

This move caused unnecessary stress, lost income, wasted billable hours, and left me feeling scammed and disrespected. Given the circumstances, I believe a refund or substantial reduction is warranted. I can provide photos, timestamps, call logs, and witness statements.

Please confirm how you’ll be addressing this so we can resolve it directly — without me needing to explore formal channels.

They were so great moving us from our condo to our new house. Were speedy fast and took great care of our items.

VIP Pro Moving did a great job with our same day move from Los Angeles to Sacramento. They were very helpful and honest during the booking process, finding out exactly how much stuff we were moving and what large items needed special care. They even checked in via phone the day before the move to account for all the items that we would be moving. On the day of, Ilimbek and his team arrived exactly on time and here VERY quick, careful and diligent. They packed up our two bedroom apartment + garage into the truck in under two hours! They even took apart our baby's crib when it would not fit through the door (and reassembled it upon arrival!). Ilimbek and his team were kind and professional through the packing up process. The only hiccup occurred when they had to make a detour, which caused them to arrive a few hours late. However, this was not their fault and they were very apologetic. They completed the move same day, even with the late hour and were kind enough to be so quiet when our baby was sleeping. Nothing was broken in the long distance move. I would definitely use VIP Pro Moving again for my next move!

This was my third time hiring VIP Pro, and they continue to impress. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
