I was sceptical
I was sceptical about buying a purse, even after reading the great reviews thinking maybe they were AI generated or some other such falseness. I was greatly surprised that the communication from my assigned customer representative began early in the process and continued up until just past delivery. I was updated along the way, given a tracking number and had follow up to ensure I was happy with my LV purse. You really don't get service like that anymore. And I was thrilled with the purse, the Alma, inspecting it throughout for quality. I have authentic LV products and I honestly can't tell the difference. I will be shopping here going forward and referring friends, its legit!

I originally ordered two bags here and was so impressed, I ordered two more as gifts. I am now on my seventh bag, and I am pleased with the look and quality of all the products I have received! I like the LV and Chanel very much. Plus, there is always someone available to answer your questions about size and what not.

Speed, care, efficiency and quality customer service
I had ordered a Chanel bag and a Prada wallet from a competitor 26 days ago, and I have yet to receive them. I ordered a Chanel necklace from Crozus and I received it 9 days later!
