Minor issue resolved promptly!
I just received my second order from this company and again, they delivered a beautiful bag and a belt. I ordered the lilac Louis NeoNoe and the compliments I get for it haven't stopped. It is a beautifully made bag. The boxes and dust bags look exactly like the real deal. I noticed that my bag was missing the center strap. I reached out and responses are fast, courteous and the item is being sent out to me. These guys are top notch. Believe it or not, I have a legit Gucci belt bought at a Gucci store. I held it up to the one I ordered from this company. My legit belt has stitching that is off. The belt from this company has perfect stitching. Very impressed! Thank you Crozus

Outstanding product and service
Most important, the Chanel product I bought is beautiful, seems original, is very high quality, and the packaging is just like Chanel. Even included a Chanel shopping bag! Both gorgeous. I want to mention Eric at Crozus who was extremely prompt and helpful—very nice to work with in prices and information. Can’t wait to get my Chanel and Gucci bekts!

Excellent quality, customer service and value! I’m a repeat customer and every time the quality of the bags, jewelry and shoes I ordered has been excellent, complete with packaging, and dust bags. Miu Miu hat for the win!
The Miu Miu hat I received from Fasbags is amazing! At the beginning I was concerned because the Chanel Hat I ordered, I was told was out of Stock, but they let me pick another, which was actually a bit more and without hesitation sent me the Mui Miu. I am obsessed with the hat!
