Quick delivery

Bought a kids punchbag from Viper. It arrived quickly and packed well. Minor issue with a part that I wrote to them about and they kindly shipped me a replacement part free of charge. Great customer service. The punch bag is also excellent. Filled with sand at the base. Very sturdy and durable, but moveable when required!

Absolutely outstanding service from Viper Sports! I recently purchased an item as a present and unfortunately DPD lost the parcel. I was so stressed as no idea as to when it would arrive , but Juread from Viper Sports completely turned the situation around, he dealt with the issue quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. A replacement was dispatched immediately and arrived by 9:30 the very next morning! That level of customer care is rare these days. Thank you so much.

Raymond was amazing. I called up Viper Sports because I needed a control valve for my gas burner. It was a pleasure to deal with him; he couldn't have been more helpful. Deserving of the highest praise, the service was brilliant.

Customer service is 10/10 ordered through website received an email to say what I had ordered wasn't in stock but they had replacement and to give them a call. Gave them a call and this was sorted out also got next day delivery so I knew it would be sorted for my boys birthday,what a top bloke that dealt with me on the phone his phone manner was top class such a credit to your company.i asked about kit sizes and he sent me one as a freebie and even said if it don't fit he would change it.Honestly to the bloke that dealt with me thankyou I appreciate it I had one happy boy on his birthday.

This team are amazing!! I placed a collection order for my daughters birthday, but something came up and I wouldn't be able to collect. I called the shop and explained, and spoke to the kindest person you could wish for. He immediately put the order on a next day delivery for me, free of charge, and also included some free gifts within the box! I cannot thank him enough! The service was outstanding, the guy even called me in the evening to make sure I had received the parcel - absolute 5*.

I ordered a pair of size 11 junior red boxing boots from Viper Sports UK, but there was clearly an issue with the order. Mistakes can happen — I understand that — but what followed was extremely disappointing.

Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. The customer service is shockingly poor, with no apology offered and no sense of urgency or care. I’ve been left chasing them with no resolution in sight.

Avoid this company. Save yourself the hassle shop eles where!
