VIP have been a game changer for my Mum, she has Alzheimer’s and before joining had limited social interaction which really affected her wellbeing. She now attends daily, enjoys a warm welcome, a lovely home cooked lunch, has made so many friends and daily activities to keep her mind active; the benefits are so evident! She’s returned to being a bright bubbly ray of light who looks forward to going, it’s given her a sense of purpose and belonging. Amazing well trained team, who always go above and beyond. I am so confident in the care and support they’ve given over the last 3 years, so I never have to worry.

The VIP centre, has been excellent for mum, after her moving into my house, the centre has given her purpose, and have involved her, so she has lots to talk about. She looks forward to going and loves the games. She has got know others who attend which is helping her to settle in Redditch. This has lifted her spirits and her general well-being has improved. The staff are friendly and accommodating, nothing is to much trouble for them. They are always nice and have so many things they do, their activities are really good, lots of brilliant ideas. A big thumbs up for everyone there.

I go to VIP as the hairdresser for all the lovely members. You can see how much all the members love attending VIP and how much they value the service and support they are given by the caring staff. It is a wonderful place and they deserve all the recognition in the world.

I work at VIP and have done since 2017. I genuinely enjoy waking up for work every morning and providing care to those in need- I love how rewarding it is at the end of each day and even if just one person smiles or says thank you to me, I know I have done my job well. The management are brilliant and couldn’t do enough for their staff, who are the most caring compassionate people I know. Fantastic place to take your mom, dad, grandma etc if they are in need of some extra support and you as a family need a break:)

I attend VIP and i just want to say how blessed I’ve been since I have been coming. I am recovering from heart failure and a stroke and until I started with VIP I couldn’t walk and I had no speech. My speech is now recovering quite well, I started to walk again, slowly but surely and it’s thank to all the help I receive from the workers at VIP.

The staff at the centre have made a huge difference for my Nan, they are quite simply best in class. Professional, caring and dedicated. 10/10
