I won $800 and I couldn’t get it to withdraw and I couldn’t get any response from them for months. Once they re did the casino they took the money and changed my username. Not happy one bit they are thieves
“VIP Casino refuses to refund my available balance. They ignore my messages but keep sending me promos to spend more. Very unprofessional and dishonest.”
Came for SPEED. Got delay. Deposit easy. Lobby fine. Payout? late. Support made me wait, then “please hold” again. People want CLEAR rules. People want FAST answers. Tidy the payouts, fix the lag spikes, train the chat to act — not repeat. Until then, it’s not it.
I cannot play in VIP Casino. I was out of town and now I am back, tried playing, but it does not allow me the games. I have some in there, but no response from VIP Casino inspite of several emails. I have reported the matter to Casino Guru, they said that they will look at my complaint.
I don't think this is good site never get scatters or coins I've not been on long but I do think am going to come off it thanks for review.ive read them all.
I registered with VIP Casino, deposited $150 via Interac. After all that, a screen shot says I cannot play because I'm in Ontario.
I've tried many times to withdraw my money, and it won't let me at all. I sent them emails, no one responds. Complete scam, I don't know how they get away with it. Trying to reach the Better Business Bureau to report them. Deborah Lorens
No live support.
Email validation for verification does not work.
Locked my account when I tried to log in on laptop instead of mobile using the same password as mobile. After 3 attempts they locked my account.....
They don't accept screenshots of banking deposits even though it's a full page with all the info. That's unheard of
The only reason this online casino gets 2 stars is because the platform is laid out really well and easy to navigate. The sports betting process was great and the casino has some of my favourite slots.
The problem however, is that I have not been able to withdraw my winnings. (for those of you who are familiar with wagering requirements, I did meet the requirements and I have a cash balance).
Not being able to withdraw, is worth zero stars but because the site is so nice, I thought I should give them something.
This is my experience:
I joined, wagered $x amount and received a bonus.
I wagered the bonus on a game and my bet won.
The earnings reached my cash balance and after playing a few slots, I decided to withdraw the remainder of my winnings.
But...I could not perform a withdrawal.
First I had to validate my email address. So I click on the 'validate email' button to receive a code to my email. It never came.
I added the casino's email addresses to my contacts and tried again.
It still didn't come.
In the meantime, I uploaded the documents that they want to verify my identity. This is necessary on VIPCasino.ca in order to process your first withdrawal.
I couldn't tell if the documents were successfully uploaded, as I haven't received a confirmation email or anything.
Thinking that this process couldn't take much longer, I continuously tried to validate my email... 6 more times!!! and I've still not received a code.
Nothing in my spam folder...zero...nada.
I contacted support about 48 hours ago. You have to email them. There is no live chat. 😠
I received a confirmation that the support ticket was received and I should receive a response 'soon'.
After 24 hours, I didn't hear from anyone, so I followed up on the same ticket, by email. That's what they say to do.
Now, 48 hours later, I still haven't heard anything. My money is still stuck in there and I can't contact anyone for help!
I've been using online sportsbooks and online casino's for almost 2 years. I have accounts with several and besides an issue that I had with BetMGM (also a terrible experience with support a story for another review) I've never had this sort of issue before.
There's literally no support! Who knows if I might hear from them tomorrow or the next day or maybe never!!!
I truly hope that they read this review! Maybe then, they'll actually take a look at the support tickets and fix their email verification plugin...and...perhaps respond to their ticket or add live support chat agent.
If you're thinking about taking advantage of VIPCasino.ca first deposit bonus, maybe wait until you see a reply to this complaint or read more reviews on the internet before you decide to join them. Otherwise you may get caught in the same situation which is frustrating to say the least!
If they ever get the issues fixed, I think they will be a really good online sports book and casino.
