I bought VIP Travel Bag in March 2025 and its ZIP started malfunctioning at the very first travel. Before the bag was loaded into plane, the locked bag got opened since the zip rails came apart. Airlines acted in a timely manner and called me back in emergency to check- in counter while I was waiting for boarding and I had to get it plastic wrapped by paying Rs 500 to protect the contents. Since the Airline staff was so quick in acting fortunately I did not miss the flight. I send to VIP Customer Service and nobody is bothered to reply. I cannot use this bag on my return trip and to be discarded.

After one trip a 15.000 rupies suitcase broke and they refused to return/replace the suitcases. After a lot of arguments they offered 7% discount on a suitcase. Shit store, shit warranty, pure fraud!

Ordered a couple of bags and trying to return them, but having an absolute nightmare.

This elect obscure courier companies with absolutely rubbish reputation – every day I get a message that somebody tried to pick up but did not succeed, but no one turns up at my door or no one calls.

I’ve been chasing them continuously for the last six days. I would not recommend their online website to anybody to order stuff from.

This is one of the worst company in manufacturing VIP Trolleys. The sales person befools customers by telling wrong information. The company is a not good at solving customer issues ones you purchase anything from this VIP Bags Company. I purchased Cabin trolley luggage worth Rs. 9000/- and it got scratches just in one travel only and also my laptop has got some issues after putting inside this trolley bag. The material used by VIP is so cheap and out graded. Local trolley bags are better this company. The customer care told me that it will not cover under warranty, then why you give warranty for the bags. You should told customers in advance that what should be covered under warranty and what not. My problem was not resolved by the company. My experience was terrible👎👎
So, I won’t recommend VIP company to anyone instead go for other better market players providing bags in cheaper rates and premium quality.

VIP luggage bags are very bad quality. Zip gets bad very often and castor wheels also needs replacement after few months.
And worst is their service. Today morning when I went to their official service center at Prabhadevi, Mumbai for repairing my skybag under warranty the guy there was very rude. When I requested for early repairing for my travel 5 days later, he not only refused but rudely said that I will not get it before 12 days as their sales are on and there is no priority for repairing as of now. He also added that he doesn't know when the repairing guy will come. It was a simple ZIP repairing. So VIP is trying to sale with worst after sales service. For a moment I felt that I have landed in some government office.
After seeing this attitude of service center I decided to take it to private shop for repairing at cost. And to my surprise the private showroom. dealing in multiple luggage brands. repaired it in flat 10 minutes for free. And in that shop when I could hardly find any VIP luggage I asked the shop owner about it. And to my surprise he also mentioned that because of VIP's worst service issue and regular complaints they don't promote VIP.
No wonder VIP is doing so bad on stock exchange. If they don't improve they will get finished.
Please think 10 times before buying any VIP luggage.

Totally wast of money
Vip are using very poor material. After 1st use bag will damage like wheel or handle. Dont buy vip brand product.
I checked damge wheel which was made very very third quality palastick .

I bought a VIP Guardian bag (65cm) from Singapore whilst on holiday for a reasonable price.
The luggage is Polypropylene and zipless that was what I needed for rainy and secure travel (zips are always broken into).

Whilst a modest bag overall, I had an issue that the wheels were failing after a recent work trip within the first year.
I contacted VIP bags via their website, a bit curious about their International warranty - I did not expect much from the low price I paid.

After a few back and forth communications on a ticketing system they mailed me 4 replacement wheels for my bag, that I could quite easily reassemble myself.

Now the bag is like new again and ready for new adventures - really appreciate this simple and reliable service. Very impressed that they shipped parts globally to Netherlands at no cost and that I could repair the bag instead of disposing of it.

Please keep up the good service for international clients! :)
